Channel Sales - Midwest

, ,For 15 years, Imagicle has been designing and developing a suite of UC applications and omnichannel conversational solutions, based on Artificial Intelligence, to improve the Customer (CX) and Employee (EX) Experience, in the Cloud or in our customers' Data Centres, for maximum flexibility. We started in Italy and today Imagicle is present almost all over the world, with offices in Miami, Riyadh, Dubai and Paris. Our applications, used in over 150 countries, mainly in Europe, North America and the Middle East, help customers to have faster, smarter and simpler communications. We are already managing a rich pipeline of opportunities in such territories, and we realized there’s huge growth potential.
We opened the US subsidiary in Miami (Fort Lauderdale) in July 2017, to focus and grow in the North and Central America market, with an active set of channel partners and customers already working with us and new terrific opportunities we want to address the fastest and smartest possible. That's why we want to build a strong local team for sales, services, and technical support.
That’s why we are looking for a passionate Channel Sales to join our Sales Team, and focus on the Midwest region of the United States of America (IL, IN, IA, KS, MI, MN, MO, NE, ND, OH, SD, WI, WV and KY), with the chance to work from home. The Imagicle Sales team is a critical part of our future success, and we are looking for absolutely and only the best people out there.

What you will do in Imagicle
- Identifying, developing and expanding relationships with partners, distributors and resellers in a specific area of the USA (Midwest: IL, IN, IA, KS, MI, MN, MO, NE, ND, OH, SD, WI, WV, KY)
- Generating additional demand through partner events; studying the market for newer trends and reporting the same to the management
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls, emails and web 2.0 tools
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Performing effective online demos to customers
- Helping partners to make quotations and proposals
- Performing online/live presentations and sales training to partners
- Closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas
- Maintaining and expanding the database of contacts
Required skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent phone manner
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Travelling might be required 30% of the time or less
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent relationship-building skill
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
