Channel Account Manager - UAE

Imagicle designs and develops a single suite of UC applications and solutions, based on Artificial Intelligence, to improve the Customer (CX) and Employee (EX) Experience.
In our history, we brought our solutions to more than 20,000 customers: small businesses, corporations, governments, hospitals, and prestigious hotels.
We arrived in Middle East in 2015 and now we have an amazing team of 14 people spread in the whole region among our offices in Dubai and Riyadh to support our partners in UAE, Saudi, Oman, Qatar, Bahrein, Jordan, and all countries of the region, with more than 2,000 happy customers.
Today we are looking for a passionate of sales to join our Sales Team as a Channel Account Manager with the working location in Dubai, UAE. We’re looking for a talented person, a motivated team player able to run in the wide fields of the market, ready to hunt new deals and build long-term relationships with customers.

What you will do in Imagicle
  • Managing and expanding relationships with partners and resellers
  • Seeking new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, e-mail and web 2.0 tools
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Perform effective online/live demos for customers
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest to expand the database of contacts 
  • Working towards sales targets and quotas set by the Sales Manager quarterly
Required skills
  • 3+ years sales experience in the Cloud - SaaS - ICT market
  • A passport that allows you to travel in all countries of the Middle East, including Saudi and Kuwait
  • Native Arabic speaking
  • English proficiency, written and spoken
  • Availability to travel within the UAE territory
  • Independent work organisation, ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills
Appreciable requirements
  • Experience in Unified Communications
  • Passion for technology
  • Familiarity with indirect and direct sales, both through reseller and distributor channels and through direct customer management
  • Experience in using Salesforce CRM

The Sales is required to operate during the Middle East working week and timezone. The Sales will be part of Imagicle DMCC, a fully owned subsidiary of Imagicle Spa.
