About the Role
 
We’re looking for a Sales Account Manager to accelerate our growth in France, expand our presence in the market, and build strong relationships with enterprise customers.
 
As part of our European Sales Team, you’ll identify new business opportunities, develop strategic accounts, and help organizations enhance their Contact Center and Microsoft Teams environments with Imagicle solutions. You’ll work closely with decision-makers, understand their business priorities, and position solutions that deliver measurable value.
 
Working remotely or from our Paris office, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth, strengthening our footprint in the French market, and contributing to Imagicle’s continued expansion across Europe.

What you will do in Imagicle:
  • Build, develop, and manage strong relationships with enterprise customers across France, becoming a trusted advisor for their communication and collaboration transformation projects
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting activities, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, social selling, and digital engagement tools
  • Understand customer business challenges and technical requirements around Unified Communications, Contact Centers, Microsoft Teams, and related technologies to position Imagicle solutions effectively
  • Conduct discovery meetings, online demonstrations, presentations, and workshops that showcase the value of Imagicle solutions and address customer needs
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement and qualification through negotiation, closing, and customer expansion
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Develop compelling proposals, quotations, and business cases that help customers achieve their business objectives and accelerate decision-making
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth
  • Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, sharing insights and feedback with the management and product teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, pipeline, and opportunity information within the CRM system
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while contributing to the overall growth of the French market
Required skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • French proficiency (spoken and written)
  • English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Traveling is often required
  • Experience in the UC/CC/ICT market will be considered a plus

  • Annual Gross Salary range: 42K€-50K€
  • Incentive plan up to 20-30% of the base salary
